Safeguarding Children Level 3

The Safeguarding Children Level 3 course explains how to deal with information regarding suspected abuse and how to follow recommended procedures for investigation and escalation.

  • Acting on the information given by a disclosure
  • Understanding your “duty to care” and moral obligations with abuse reports

  • How to appeal against social care decision or escalate the investigation
  • Keeping records of abuse cases
  • How to maintain confidentiality when recording abuse cases
